- Track the products and services provided for the client
- Identify client TEFAP eligibility (TEFAP income guidelines are stored by the program, and it uses the client's income
and number of household members to determine eligibility)
- Print completed TEFAP form for client to sign (in English or Spanish)
- Option to limit the quantity of product or services provided to the client during a time period (week, month, quarter,
etc.)
- Track product received into the agency (such as food received from a food bank)
- Options to collect additional client information - ethnic group, marital status, citizenship status, medical insurance,
disability status, receiving food stamps, directions to the client's dwelling, names of household members
- Notes field to record any additional client information
- Client history report - all the products and services provided to a client for a date range
- Product/service history - for a given product or service, list all clients that received it during a date range
- Product/service summary - for a given date range, summarize any number of ways (by county, or by county and age group,
or by ethnic group by city, etc.) Very useful for grant writing purposes.
- Person count summary - summarize number of clients served. Optional date range, options to summarize by the same options
as the product/service summary.
- List all clients meeting user-specified conditions. For example, list all clients over 65 in a specific county.
- Optional "alert" messages for a client to help the agency representative be aware of clients that require special attention
